Job summary

Havenwood of Maple Grove is seeking an outstanding Caregiver/Resident Care Assistant to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. You will provide high-quality personal care to residents, including help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with mealtime, documenting shift activities, communicating with residents and families, and supporting planned activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate caregiver with dedication to resident comfort and safety.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist all residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinent care.
• Assist residents with mealtime and support appetite and hydration.
• Document and report shift assignments and changes to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, department heads and Director of Resident Services as needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
