Job summary

Havenwood of Maple Grove is seeking an outstanding Caregiver/Resident Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time overnight schedule. You will assist residents with high quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence needs, while supporting mealtime routines and activity facilitation.

We offer a welcoming team and the chance to positively impact residents' daily lives. The role starts at $18+ per hour, with opportunities for additional pay on holidays and weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year experience as CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist all residents/clients with high quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height/weight checks).
• Assist residents with mealtime, cut food, encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads and Director of Resident Services as needed.
• Provide activities as planned or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
