SYNERGY HomeCare in Texas is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independent agency. You will provide non-medical in-home care, including companionship and social engagement, and support daily living activities for clients across a wide range of ages and abilities.

This role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and professionalism in home settings. We offer competitive pay starting at $13.00 per hour, direct deposit, same-day pay via Zayzoon, paid orientation and ongoing training, overtime

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
