Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver in Duluth, MN to provide community-based support to individuals with developmental challenges. You’ll assist with personal care, help participants pursue daily activities, and build meaningful relationships while supporting their independence.

Awake overnights 9pm-9am include Sun/Mon/Tues; wage is $21.00 per hour with full benefits for full-time, PTO, and a supportive supervisor network.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Ability to work overnights and adapt to varying needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals and community involvement.
• Develop real relationships and provide respectful, person-centered care.
