Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a Night Watch Supervisor to lead overnight care for adolescents in our residential program. You will oversee safety and well-being, coach overnight staff, and guide operations through night shifts to ensure a safe, structured environment.

You will report to the Program Director and collaborate with the clinical team, providing leadership during critical moments and a stable, supportive presence for residents and staff overnight.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in adolescent programs preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Night Staff, training and coaching up to four team members.
• Maintain security and order through routine safety checks and protocols.
• Model resilience and problem-solving to support residents.
• Respond to critical situations with appropriate interventions.
• Manage nightly operations including documentation and tasks.
• Coordinate with Program Director and clinical team on observations and updates.
• Participate in rotating on-call duty once every six weeks for one week.
