Northridge Village in Ames, IA is seeking a dedicated Care Partner for overnight shifts to assist residents with personal care, meals, activities, and safety in a warm, supportive environment.

The role emphasizes dignity, independence and teamwork; prior elder care is preferred. CMA/CNA are assets, but not required. We provide benefits, tuition assistance, and a family-friendly work culture.

Qualifikationen

• Must communicate effectively in English and read/write.
• 1–2 years’ experience with the elderly preferred.
• CNA/CMA considered an asset but not required.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with personal care, medications, activities and meals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and follow infection control procedures.
• Participate in group social/recreational activities and encourage resident participation.
• Work effectively with minimal supervision in a team setting.
