Northridge Village in Ames, IA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate team. We offer 8- and 12-hour shifts with a mix of full-time and part-time openings to support our residents in independent living, assisted living, and skilled care.

As a CNA, you will provide direct care, assist with daily activities, document care, and follow safety and infection control guidelines. We support career development and a family-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved CNA training program and passed competency exams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Follow safety policies to assure resident safety.
• Attend meetings and in-service training as assigned.
• Maintain infection control guidelines and report changes in resident condition.
