Job summary

ASC Advisors LLC is seeking enthusiastic counselors for an immersive, overnight camp in Austin, with Lake Travis and Zilker Lodge locations. The session runs March 14–20, 2027; staff live on-site and will receive paid training March 5–7.

You will mentor campers, build belonging, provide emotional support, practice trauma-informed care, and lead daily activities. Strong communication, leadership, and flexibility are essential; 1 year of related experience preferred; background check required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of caring and belonging within your cabin.
• Help campers build emotional regulation and resolve conflicts using restorative practices.
• Support campers in processing difficulties and developing resilience.
