You will be responsible for safely operating 26' box trucks, adhering to DOT safety standards, and maintaining performance metrics. Candidates must be 21+, have a valid Ohio driver's license, and be able to pass a drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be able to comfortably drive in various weather conditions.
• Must be capable of loading and unloading trucks with pallet jacks.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.

Schedule Options

• Shift: Overnight, 10‑hour shifts

Delivery Area: Short Haul Regional Routes

Key Responsibilities

• Work up to 10 hours per shift
• Safely operate 26' box trucks
• Load/unload trucks with pallet jack
• Utilize lift gates to load/unload deliveries
• Drive in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
• Adhere to DOT safety standards and company performance metrics
• Maintain metrics related to attendance, performance, and safety
• Operate smart devices for route navigation and delivery updates

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: Starting at $21.75 per hour ($32.62 per hour overtime pay)
• Pay Raises: Regular promotions based on performance
