Job summary

Anodize Solutions in Tualatin, Oregon is seeking a Production Specialist (Blaster) for an overnight shift. You’ll operate equipment to clean and finish parts, with four 10-hour days and a starting pay of $18.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

No previous experience needed as full training is provided; opportunities exist to move into Line Operator, Team Lead, or Supervisor roles in the future. Benefited employer with 401(k) match and comprehensive coverages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Desire to be a team player and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Sit at a small hand blasting cabinet or stand at an automated shot blasting machine.
• Load and unload parts from the machine.
• Use blasting tool to deburr and finish product.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure finish is consistent and meets customer requirements.
• Complete quality checks to verify finish.
• Work safely and comply with all safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as needed.
