Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Technician (Overnights) for the Nevada Gateway Facility. The role supports adults with behavioral health needs in residential settings, with duties including daily living support, behavior management, and safety supervision.

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:45pm-7:15am, 40 hours weekly. Prior CNA/CMA experience is a plus; driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Driver's license required at hire; ability to obtain and maintain a Class E MO license by end of 60-day period.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in building life skills, routines, and social behaviors.
• Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs.
• Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition.
• Provide basic care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal needs.
• Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide (training provided).
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Participate in emergency response and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
