Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (PRN) at our Prince George County Facility in Bowie, MD. The role supports intake, documentation, medication observation, activity coordination, and crisis intervention under a compassionate leadership team.

The position offers a $15.00/hour rate before differentials for the overnight shift, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the intake process with new clients entering the program.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable.
• Coordinate client activities.
• Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs.
• Evaluate clients' behavioral and emotional needs, providing appropriate responses, including crisis intervention.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
• Assist with clients' dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
