Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license and BLS for healthcare provider upon hire.
• Knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan and ability to assess data and determine care needs.
• Delivers care per interdisciplinary plan and follows standards.
• Communicates plan of care and changes to patient and team.
• Understands legal aspects of nursing and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and therapeutic management of patient care for adult and elderly behavioral health patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
