Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Spanish Fork, UT, is hiring for an overnight part‑time role to care for adolescent girls at New Haven. You will work 11pm–3am or 3am–8am, perform bed checks every 15 minutes, and support students during the night in a warm, safe environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, assisting students, accurately documenting behaviors, and coordinating with Day Staff for smooth shift transitions.

Qualifications

• Must be female
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years old or older
• Current driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a Utah State background check

• Bed Checks: Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.
• Student Assistance: Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.
• Observation and Documentation: Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.
• Daily Assignments: Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.
• Specialized Tasks: Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.
