Job summary

6AM City, LLC in Minnesota seeks an experienced Delivery Driver to transport baked goods from the Rush City Bakery across the Twin Cities. Plan efficient routes, meet schedules, and perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.

Must have a clean driving record and be able to lift 50 lbs. This overnight Thursday and Friday night role offers part-time hours with potential janitorial duties to supplement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a delivery driver preferred.
• Must pass DOT Physical.
• Familiarity with GPS systems required.
• Understanding of truck driving laws and regulations.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Load baked goods in truck and transport to locations.
• Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Plan safest and most efficient routes of travel.
• Adhere to delivery schedules.
• Maintain detailed driving log including work/rest periods and fuel expenses.
• Comply with all company policies and driving laws.
• Cross-check picking lists to ensure all goods are delivered.
