• Knowledge of assigned team’s product, including preparation, display, storage, and stocking standards.

• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares products for display and sale; depending on department, may include Cutting fruits and vegetables, Measuring, mixing, and preparing raw materials according to defined specifications and recipes.
• Forming food items into defined shapes and sizes.
• Labelling, dating, covering, and rotating prepared product.
• Baking, cooking, or otherwise preparing product.
• Ensures that merchandising areas, walk-ins, freezers, and food preparation areas are clean and sanitary.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones and pages promptly.
