Job Summary:

The Breakers Overnight Baker is responsible for safely and efficiently preparing high-volume baking orders in a professional and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate must be able to execute and follow established recipes while adhering to required food safety regulations. Additionally, the successful candidate should work quickly and efficiently with a friendly and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:
  1. Follow established recipe guidelines to prepare and bake food orders in a timely and consistent manner.
  2. Set up and maintain a station that meets the required level of expertise without supervision.
  3. Clearly communicate any concerns, suggestions, or feedback in a non-defensive manner.
  4. Adhere to HACCP cleaning and food handling standards to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
  5. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent with prior culinary experience preferred.
  2. Familiarity with a la carte food preparation and safe handling of kitchen equipment.
  3. Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
  4. Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
Salary:

Starting at $23.00/hr to $26.00/hr.
