Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a passionate baker to join our bakery team and help deliver fresh artisan breads, desserts and breakfast items crafted from our recipes.

You will work with a team to produce premade and scratch dough products, educate customers on meal solutions, and maintain accuracy and timely production in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, restaurant, grocery or retail setting.
• Experience baking with dough made from scratch and following recipes.
• Advanced organizational, mathematical and time management skills.

As a baker, you'll work with a team to ensure the freshest and best tasting artisan products our bakery is known for are available for our customers every day. You will use Wegmans recipes to produce both premade and scratch dough breads, desserts and breakfast items. If you have a passion for baking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the role for you!
