Terrapin House, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Awake Direct Support Professional for Chestnut Hill, with hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. You will support a woman in her 40s with IDD, providing safety, calm reassurance, and gentle redirection overnight.

The role requires patience, reliability, and prior caregiving experience, including IDD support, plus passing background checks. 5–6 shifts weekly offer a steady overnight schedule in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• Experience supporting adults with IDD.
• Able to pass state and federal background checks.
• Non-smoker and reliable overnight availability.
