Job summary

Center for Humanistic Change of NJ, Inc (CHCNJ) is seeking a full-time Overnight Awake DSP for the Stillwater Group Home in Sussex County, NJ. This 40-hour awake position covers late overnight shifts and offers training after hire.

The Direct Support Professional will provide encouraging support to residents as they navigate daily life. Prior DSP experience is not required; comprehensive training is provided, with benefits including paid time off and health insurance options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• New Jersey driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professional will provide encouraging support to residents through daily life challenges.
• All training will be provided for the new DSP after hire.
