Job summary

Eliot is seeking an Overnight Awake Counselor to join our Developmental Disabilities residential program serving adults with intellectual disabilities. The role requires someone who is awake, alert, and available throughout the night to provide assistance and support as needed.

The position involves monitoring residents, assisting with morning routines, administering medication, housekeeping, and reporting health and safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Monitor and support residents with care and intervention as needed.
• Assist individuals with morning routines including meals and hygiene.
• Administer medication in accordance with regulations.
• Perform housekeeping and personal care tasks as needed.
• Provide support to promote personal growth and report concerns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support residents providing assistance and intervention as needed
• Assist individuals with morning routines to include meal preparation, hygiene and other related tasks
• Administer medication in accordance with associated regulations
• Perform housekeeping and personal care tasks as needed
• Provide support and training to promote personal growth and accomplishment (may include social, behavioral, and personal care
• Report significant health, safety, and behavioral concerns
