Job summary

Comfortinnutica seeks a full-time Night Auditor to manage guest check-in/out duties and conduct nightly audit procedures. You will greet guests, register rooms, and orient guests to the hotel while balancing daily financial activity.

The role also involves answering calls, handling guest questions, and preparing the daily managers’ report. Must be dependable with strong cash handling and customer service skills for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Hotels preferred.
• Previous Night Auditor experience (1 yr+) preferred and qualifies for Premium pay rate.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide information.
• Register guests and confirm room rates.
• Explain hotel amenities and local area information.
• Answer phones and wake-up calls.
• Audit guest room charges and balance nightly transactions.
• Prepare daily Managers' Report and close daily postings.
