Qualifications

• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Ensure required identification is taken from guests during check-in.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests courteously.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Communicate any outstanding guest requests to management.
