Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Sherwood, Oregon seeks a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role blends guest service with accounting to close out the day’s financial activity accurately and securely.

You’ll balance cash, deposits and credit card batches, enter revenue and expenses into the front desk system, handle check-ins/outs and respond to guest questions with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills.
• People-oriented with polite, positive interaction.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches.
• Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Complete front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and other guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
