POSITION SUMMARY:

The Shuttle Driver maintains safety on the road, ensures vehicle appearance aligns with Nemacolin standards, and delivers associates safely and promptly to their destinations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Transport associates to and from work and housing locations.
• Conduct vehicle walkthroughs, log damages, and report issues.
• Check vehicle fluids and tires.
• Clean both the exterior and interior of vehicles.
• Communicate courteously via hand-held radios with dispatchers and drivers.
• Maintain a continuous loop throughout the property.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow directions and work under stress.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, days, holidays, and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.
• Customer service focus.
• Proficiency in English.
