Allied Universal, the leading security and facility services company in North America, is seeking an Armed Security Officer – Overnights in Columbia, SC. You will monitor, patrol, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image.

This full-time role requires an armed guard card or license, at least 1 year of armed security or related experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ year armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular armed patrols around the business and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
