Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass a background check in compliance with laws.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening where permitted by law.
• Must own a Florida Class G Security License.
• Must own a smartphone for clocking in, reporting, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Control entry and exit points at assigned properties.
• Monitor and verify individuals, vehicles, and activities.
• Enforce site-specific access policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to calls for service, alarms, and emergencies.
• Document incidents and submit written reports.
• De-escalate situations when possible and escalate to law enforcement as needed.
