Job summary

ABM Industries in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Overnight Training Coordinator to deliver and coordinate employee training, set up rooms and materials, and maintain the training reference library. You will enter activities into the ABM University LMS, file rosters, and maintain records.

The role requires Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. English communication is essential, Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule for daytime or weekend training when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee training programs and facilitate learning sessions.
• Coordinate training schedules with operations leadership and trainees.
• Set up classrooms with audio-visual equipment and training materials.
• Enter training records into ABM LMS and maintain rosters and files.
• Ensure compliance with all training requirements and improve materials.
