Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Sr. Lead Cabin Cleaner for the aircraft interiors at DFW Airport, Irving, TX. You will lead a cleaning team, restock cabins, remove trash, and assist with security procedures between flights, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming cabin environment.

The role requires supervising field staff, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating with supervisors. Overnight shifts with mandatory overtime are typical, and the position offers competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and handbooks.

The Lead Cleaner is responsible for leading the team and assisting with cleaning and conducting security searches on designated aircraft. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for passengers and crew. Duties include cleaning and restocking cabin areas, removing trash, and following strict aviation safety and security protocols.

• 9 PM - 5:30 AM with Mandatory Overtime
• 10 PM - 6:30 AM with Mandatory Overtime

Hourly Wage: $18.50 /hr, paid weekly
