Job summary

RISE Housing and Support Services seeks an overnight Building Staff member for the Dominic Hollow Apartment in Ballston Spa. You will monitor and control building access and provide tenant support as requested, with sensitivity to residents recovering from mental health or substance use diagnoses.

The role requires independent work, incident response, and strong interpersonal boundaries. We offer a $21.12/hour rate with a 36-hour work week, a $1,500 sign-on bonus after six months, generous time

Qualifications

• Experience working with sensitive populations is a plus.
• Ability to operate independently and follow training.
• Excellent conflict management and dispute resolution skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight and weekend hours.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
• Commitment to respect, empathy and inclusion.
• Successful completion of background checks and a valid driver’s license.
