Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience for larger business.
• MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized, reliable and deadline-driven.
• Proactive, high energy and detail-oriented when appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• FP&A experience and SAP/Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the annual plan and rolling forecast models periodically.
• Produce overheads reporting pack with actuals vs forecast analysis and insights.
• Review spending against plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams to target plans.
• Leverage digital budgeting tools and improve usability of digital tools.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process by gathering inputs and loading data.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial summaries for the FP&A Director.
• Identify and flag process inefficiencies in reporting workflows.
