Pike Electric, LLC is seeking an entry-level Class C Lineman to construct and repair electrical overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized powerlines and may travel to different job sites, reporting to the Foreman.

Job duties include operating bucket trucks and related equipment, climbing structures, and working outdoors in all weather. CDL and willingness to travel are required, with on-call rotations and overtime expected.

Formación

• Two years of relevant field experience.
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds.
• Work for extended periods at job locations, including out-of-state assignments.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems with safety first.
• Install and repair overhead power lines, poles, insulators and hardware.
• Climb structures using approved methods and equipment.
• Work at heights and near energized equipment.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, tensioners and pullers.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.
• Be available for outages, storms, emergencies including on-call rotation.
• Perform live-line work using glove and hot-stick techniques.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE usage and insulation practices.
