Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking an entry-level Class C Lineman to construct and repair overhead distribution systems. This role involves working with energized lines, climbing structures, and traveling to various job sites as required by operational needs.

Responsibilities include installing and repairing lines, operating bucket trucks and related equipment, and performing live-line work with proper PPE. The position requires willingness to work outside normal hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant field experience.
• Valid CDL required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Climb structures using approved methods.
• Operate bucket trucks and other overhead line equipment.
• Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
• Available for outages, storms and emergencies including on‑call rotation.
• Perform live-line work with proper PPE and tools.
