Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A preferred; may be required to obtain within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and technical guidance to crew performing maintenance and construction on electrical distribution facilities.
• Coordinate on-site personnel and crew mobilization for projects.
• Enforce safety requirements and best practices on site.
• Read site plans, drawings, and scopes of work to guide operations.
• Communicate with supervisors and project managers to ensure schedules are met.
