Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites with door hanging, fabrication, or mechanical installation.
• Hands-on knowledge of glass installation, welding, and hand/power tool use.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and apply mechanical knowledge to overhead door systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair overhead doors and related hardware using hand and power tools.
• Perform glass installation for door panels or windows as needed.
• Conduct welding and fabrication to modify or reinforce door components to spec.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and install systems.
• Apply construction skills to support installation projects and ensure weatherproofing and insulation.
