Thayer Infrastructure Services is seeking a skilled Distribution Designer to support overhead distribution design and modeling using pole loading software. You will configure pole structures, model conductors and equipment, and ensure compliance with safety codes and client standards.
Experience with pole loading tools such as DDS, O-Calc Pro, PoleForeman, or SPIDAcalc is required, along with knowledge of NESC and IEEE standards and AutoCAD/GIS tools.
We are seeking a skilled Distribution Designer to support the design and modeling of overhead distribution systems using pole loading analysis software. This role involves configuring pole structures, analyzing loading conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and client-specific standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with pole load analysis tool(s) and a solid understanding of electrical distribution systems.
