Mazzella is seeking an On-site Overhead Service Technician to repair and maintain crane systems at customer facilities. You will perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance, while ensuring safety standards and clear customer communication.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to work varied hours including overtime. The position emphasizes professionalism, documentation, and collaboration with the service team to drive reliable

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in an industrial maintenance environment or equivalent military experience.
• Experience with overhead crane service preferred.
• Willingness to stay educated in crane industry; must be computer literate.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site repairs on overhead cranes and hoists at customer facilities.
• Conduct planned maintenance and repairs on crane and hoist systems.
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls, including after hours and weekends.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical and structural issues on-site to identify root causes.
• Maintain OSHA/ANSI/CMAA compliance and related regulations.
• Complete daily paperwork: time tickets, service reports, etc.
• Review repairs with customers and obtain sign-off on service reports.
• Maintain service equipment and stock on the vehicle.
