Job summary

Lexicon, Inc. is seeking an Overhead Crane Operator to join our manufacturing team in Blytheville, AR.

You will move and position loads with precision using overhead cranes, while upholding safety standards to protect yourself and others in a busy facility. This safety-sensitive role requires at least 2 years of crane operation experience, the ability to read and follow instructions, and a commitment to punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ crane operator experience.
• Must pass company certification tests.
• High School education or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate traveling or stationary overhead crane to lift, move, and position loads.
• Observe load hookup and determine the safety of the load.
• Control crane and hoist movement according to instructions.
• Clean and maintain crane and hoisting mechanism.
• Inspect crane for defects and report malfunctions.
• Prepare daily inspection reports.
• Adhere to all safety/OSHA rules and regulations.
• Work overtime and maintain punctual attendance.
• Perform non-essential duties as needed.
