Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent crane operation experience required.
• Experience operating overhead cranes in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate overhead cranes to move raw materials, equipment, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, production lines, and storage areas.
• Conduct daily crane inspections to ensure equipment is operating properly.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with production teams and supervisors during material movement.
• Assist in other departments as needed, including production support and general labor tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work overtime as needed to support production demands.
