• 1-2 years of crane service technician or relevant trade experience (electrical, mechanical, etc).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
• Willing to travel and work in production environments, with some overnight travel possible.
• Proficient in operating company phone and computer.
• Capable of completing electronic forms promptly.
• Willing to work extended hours and on holidays as needed.
• Physical Requirements:
• Stand/walk 95% of the workday.
• Lift/carry up to 40-50 pounds unassisted.
• Perform squats, twists, reaches, climbs, and bends frequently.
• Push/pull material with equipment assistance.
• Good hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity.
• Depth perception and peripheral vision.
• Ability to hear.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of crane service technician or relevant trade experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in production environments.
• Proficient with phones and computers.
• Ability to complete electronic forms timely.
• Work extended hours and holidays as required.
• Physical Requirements:
• Stand/walk most of the day.
• Lift/carry 40-50 pounds.
• Perform physical movements frequently.
• Push/pull with equipment assistance.
• Good coordination and perception skills.
• Hearing ability.
