Responsibilities
- Perform crane service tasks with 1-2 years of relevant trade experience (electrical, mechanical, etc).
- Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and interpersonally.
- Learn and apply mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
- Travel as needed, including overnight stays, to work in production environments.
- Operate company phone and computer equipment.
- Complete electronic forms promptly and accurately.
- Work extended hours, including holidays, as required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk for 95% of the workday.
- Lift/carry up to 40-50 pounds unassisted.
- Perform squat, twist, reach, climb, and bend movements frequently.
- Push/pull materials with equipment assistance.
- Demonstrate hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity.
- Have depth perception, peripheral vision, and hearing ability.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of crane service or relevant trade experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in production environments, with some overnight travel.
- Proficiency with phones and computers.
- Ability to complete electronic forms efficiently.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and holidays.
