Potential Earnings: $85,000 per year, including biweekly hourly pay starting at $20.43, rising to $29.99 after training and probation, plus production bonuses, shift premiums, and 354 hours of built-in overtime annually.

Your Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 3 years overhead cab crane experience.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in high temperatures, and at heights up to 150 ft.
