Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s Sikorsky Aircraft Components Repair and Overhaul facility seeks a supervisor to lead a team of 20–50 hourly employees on second shift, driving improvements in quality, cost and throughput, and to oversee costs and hours for all items in your area.

You will recruit, train, assess performance, assign work and enforce discipline, ensuring monthly deliverables and financial commitments are met in a Lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of leadership experience
  • Must be able to lead a team and manage/resolve employee conflict
  • Demonstrated experience following and creating procedures
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for use at all levels of the organization.
  • Availability for Second shift schedule

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2 or more years of leadership experience

PAY INFORMATION

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
