Out-of-State Certified Officers can now apply to our agency and go through the hiring process while waiting for their application to be approved by P.O.S.T. The applicant will receive a conditional offer after meeting the agency's hiring standards. If the out‑of‑state certified officer is hired, we’ll assist the applicant with obtaining the required courses and Georgia's standard qualification course for firearms requalification!
