Join U.S. Xpress as an Over-the-Road Truck Driver and enjoy excellent pay, consistent miles, and 24 / 7 support!

Solo Drivers : Average 2,220+ miles per week and enjoy great pay with the flexibility to choose your home time.

Team Drivers : Take advantage of up to $15,000 sign-on bonus (split) with an average of 5,500 miles per week! Interested in a schedule of 30 days out and 28 days home? Ask about our Flex Fleet offering!

Qualifications :

• Must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience required.
• Earn trip pay based on dispatched miles, from 46 - 60 CPM depending on route and experience.
• Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years, and no major accidents in the last 5 years.
• Maximum of 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI / DWI in the last 5 years, or 10 years if it occurred while holding a CDL.
• Must clear a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past 5 or 10 years, depending on CDL status.
• Drivers in the SAP program are not eligible for hire.
