Job summary

EXP Group is seeking experienced Over-the-Road truck drivers to haul fresh produce in refrigerated trailers across regional and long-haul routes. A CDL Class A is required, with a focus on safe, on-time deliveries.

You will operate reefers, maintain temperature integrity, and comply with FMCSA regulations while performing pre/post-trip inspections and coordinating with dispatch for delivery windows and required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with clean MVR.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable OTR experience; reefer experience strongly preferred.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA hours-of-service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (reefer) on regional and long-haul routes in full compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain temperature integrity of perishable loads; complete required temp checks and report reefer issues immediately
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; keep accurate ELD logs and DOT compliance at all times
• Communicate proactively with dispatch on delivery windows, delays, and load status
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately — BOLs, lumper receipts, and temperature logs — before departing the receiver

We're hiring experienced OTR drivers to haul fresh produce in refrigerated trailers. Our freight is time-sensitive and our customers count on us — we're looking for professional drivers who run safe, clean, and on schedule.
