Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC is seeking Over the Road CDL Truck Drivers for its Lake Charles, LA office. This full-time position involves long-distance trips with overnight stays and requires strict adherence to FMCSA rules.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of CDL experience, flatbed trailer experience, and a clean driving record. The role includes pre-trip inspections, loading/unloading assistance, and active participation in safety programs.

Competenze

• A minimum of three years of experience as a CDL driver.
• Must have flatbed trailer experience.
• Good driving history that meets company insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass hair and urine drug testing and background check.
• Ability to work overtime and travel overnight as needed.

Mansioni

• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles and other equipment on designated roadways, at Company terminals, and at client job sites.
• Complete primarily long-distance trips that require overnight stays and potentially extended periods away from home.
• Assist other employees with the loading and unloading of cargo.
• Assist with other assigned tasks related to Company operations.
• Perform required vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is ready for safe operation.
• Actively participate in Company safety processes, programs, meetings, and daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) development and implementation.
• Participate in Company safety processes, programs, and meetings.
• Maintain compliance with applicable FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Company management and supervision.
