Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. in Norco, LA is seeking full-time Truck Drivers to join our growing Branch. Candidates must possess a current Class A CDL and at least 3 years of commercial driving experience.

You will load and unload cargo, take orders for deliveries, drive long distances, perform fuel and vehicle maintenance tasks, and report incidents while adhering to safety procedures and traffic laws.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state issued Class A CDL Driver's License.
• 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to read manuals, write reports, and communicate in English.
• Mechanical and analytical skills preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo.
• Record amount and type of cargo delivered.
• Take orders for new deliveries and drive long distances.
• Fill up on fuel, clean truck, and wash windows.
• Report to a dispatcher any incidents encountered on the road.
• Monitor road conditions and traffic; follow all traffic laws.
• Inspect trailer before/after trips and log defects.
• Maintain truck and equipment in good working order.
