Job summary

Cencora in Amarillo, TX seeks a CDL Operator to support our distribution services. This full-time role requires driving to designated locations, loading and unloading supplies, and ensuring cargo is secure during transit.

You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain logs per DOT/Hazmat rules, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager for delivery instructions. A High School diploma and CDL-A with forklift experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred.
• Hazmat and tanker endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck to designated location and load/unload supplies per bills of lading and customer orders.
• Unload and check in incoming product at warehouse.
• Inspect truck equipment and perform basic maintenance; report safety concerns.
• Maintain driving records and comply with DOT/Hazmat regulations; keep daily logs and cargo records.
• Maintain inventory at customer sites and assist with warehouse organization.
• Provide customer service and assist with answering warehouse phones as needed.
