Job summary

Cencora is seeking a CDL Operator to join our distribution services team in Amarillo. This role involves on-the-road duties 100%, loading/unloading at customer sites, and strict adherence to DOT/Hazmat regulations.

A High School diploma and valid CDL Class A are required, with Hazmat and tanker endorsement preferred. You'll ensure safe transport, accurate logs, and inventory integrity while providing excellent customer service at sites and en route.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive truck to designated location and load/unload supplies as directed by bills of lading and customer orders
• Unload and check in incoming product at warehouse
• Inspect truck equipment and fuel systems for defects before and after trips
• Maintain vehicle upkeep and report safety concerns
• Maintain accurate driving records and comply with DOT and Hazmat regulations
• Maintain inventory at customer sites and in warehouse
• Provide professional customer service at customer sites and on the road
